The CHS Board of Trustees meets on the last Monday of the month (unless otherwise approved by board consent and noted below) in Coffey County Hospital’s Allen Woods 2 Conference Room. Meetings are called to order at 6 p.m.

Quality Management Oversight Operational CommitteeThe Quality Management Oversight Operational Committee meets quarterly or whenever deemed necessary by the Committee Chair, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer.
Risk Management Operational CommitteeThe Risk Management Operational Committee meets quarterly or whenever deemed necessary by the Committee Chair, Chief Executive Officer, and Risk Management Officer.
