Childbirth Classes   

Expectant parents are encouraged to join our next Birth & Beyond class, 6 - 8:30 p.m. on Nov. 20 & Dec. 4, 2024. Over the course of two evenings, we'll cover a wide amount of information, including:

• Labor & delivery
• Postpartum & newborn care
• Safe sleep
• Car seats

• Breastfeeding (all expectant moms encouraged to attend)
