Our Financial Assistance Policy

We understand that medical expenses add up quickly, so Coffey Health System offers a sliding scale financial assistance policy for those who qualify.

You may qualify for assistance if you:

• live in Coffey County or within 15 miles of a Coffey Health System facility,
• do not have health insurance,
• are a U.S. Citizen, permanent resident, or be lawfully in the U.S. (certain exceptions may apply),
• meet financial guidelines, and
• submit all application materials within 90 days of service.

Call our business office at (620) 364-4541 to receive an application and arrange monthly payments on the patient balance during the application process.
